The contribution of standard wheel and tyres to the road worthiness
The
second specific objective of this study was to examine the contribution of
standard wheel and tyres to the road worthiness, for the purpose of this study, these significances were
grouped into three factors that are; inspected wheels and tyres
increases road safety, reduced rate of wheels busting increases roadworthiness,
and standard wheel and tyres reduces
congestion problems.

The
findings show that, 94% of the total respondents agreed that, inspected
wheels and tyres increases road safety, where by 4.5%
of the respondents disagreed with the statement.
This implies that, when drivers and vehicles owners are
aware on the importance of attending vehicle inspection centers for inspecting
their vehicles, road safety level will increase as their cars will be stable
and safe when moving. Inspected wheels and tyres increase road safety as the
cars are free from busting hence reducing unnecessary road accidents. The
researcher found that, some of car owners adhere to the rules regarding them to
inspect their vehicles continuously so as they become free from crimes when
using the road. The study argues with Davidson, (2017) who found that, the level on how car owners
understands the influence of inspecting their vehicles, has direct impact on
increasing road worthiness if important measures will be adhered, the community
suffers with increasing road accidents due to lack of awareness by few road
users.

The findings show that, 74.6% of the
total respondents agreed that customer
service quality is among the impact of (ICT) adoption in Tanzania airports
performance, while only 19.4% of respondents
disagreed with the statement.
This implies that, improvement of
customer service quality is a result of the implementation of ICT systems
adoption to Tanzania airports. Serving the customer through online/electronically
communication serves the customers time that with lack of ICT electronic
communication system could spent in the queue waiting for customer service.
Hence the ICT systems are of very important to be more adopted in the airport
operations so as to increase the satisfaction level of the customers.

The findings show that, 73.1% of the total respondents
agreed that, increase in punctuality level is among the impact of (ICT) adoption in Tanzania
airports performance,
while 17.9% of the respondents disagreed with the statement.
The
findings show that from the efforts done by the airport management under the
government support on implementation of the ICT systems adoption, has great
impacts on increase in the punctuality level of the airport operations. The
flight time schedule, important passenger’s information’s and technical
information’s to the control center are improved as the result of increase in
punctuality level of the airport operations.

Other/extra impacts of (ICT) adoption
in airports performance
Other/extra impacts of (ICT)
adoption in airports performance
The researcher asked respondents to describe other impacts
of ICT adoption in improving airports performance, where majority of the
respondents 23(34.3) commented that, the ICT systems adoption to the airports
helps in ticketing systems as passengers have the ability to pay for the ticket
online without going to the airport, further respondents added that, the ICT
systems builds trust especially to the passengers/customers and airplanes
companies that are competing in the airline industry.
Therefore, the government and other possible stakeholders
should make sure that there is active strategies that focus to increase efforts
on airport ICT systems.
